Group's Management Structure
Furukawa Co., Ltd. has worked to restructure its business portfolio by focusing management resources on selected businesses and strengthening its financial position, while responding to increasingly diverse customer needs and remaining competitive in global markets.
As part of a new management framework, the Company adopted a group management structure in 2005 through the spin-off of its operating businesses. Each business was established as a separate company, and the Company transitioned to the Furukawa Company Group structure, centered on Furukawa Co., Ltd. as the operating holding company. In April 2026, EarthTechnica Co., Ltd. became a consolidated subsidiary, further expanding the scope of the Machinery Business and strengthening the Group's business portfolio.
