The UNIC cranes are cargo-handling machines holding the largest share in the Japanese market. They can improve the efficiency of the cargo-handling process; from hoisting, loading, transporting to set construction, mounted on trucks or on ships. The nick name ‘UNIC’ which has become a synonym for truck-mounted cranes was given representing a hope that it would become a ‘universal crane’ for all the people in the world and an image of the legendary, strong ‘unicorn’ in which the UNIC resembles its shape.

UNIC Cranes
The truck-mounted UNIC crane series offers a wide range of models from small to large truck-mounted cranes. Various boom lengths and crane capacities are also available, depending on customer needs.
Mini Crawler Cranes
The compact mini crawler crane can operate in small work sites. The series offers a diverse range of models from one model that can be laid down on the back of a truck, to one with a choice of safety features.
UNIC PAL
The boom can move freely like a human arm. Diversified and high-performance attachments make it possible to pick up even materials that are complicated to handle in one go, allowing speedy handling of waste and wood.
UNIC Carriers
The long and straight loading platform can slide towards the back of the truck to enable secure and safe loading of passenger cars, etc. They are equipped with working lights for nighttime operation, winches and other features for high operability.
Ocean Cranes
The Ocean Crane has higher durability and improved crane performance. With its lifting angle of 81 degrees, it can perform various operations on the water with ease.

Truck-mounted Crane‘U-can ECO’
「U-can ECO」The development of the ‘ECO pump system’ achieves the same performance level with approximately 50% less engine speed and an improved fuel efficiency of 40% (compared to our conventional products). In 2007 U-Can ECO became the first truck-mounted crane to win the Chairman Prize of ECCJ* at the 18th Energy Conservation Grand Prize event organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, due to its highly environmentally conscious performance.
*This prize was given to medium to large truck-mounted models.
