Participating in the Nihonbashi Redevelopment Project Currently the Nihonbashi-Muromachi Eastern District Redevelopment Project is underway and we, having the Furukawa Building within this redevelopment district, are participating in this project in cooperation with Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and other companies. Specifically, we will own a large complex jointly with Mitsui Fudosan. This complex will be built in 3, Nihonbashi-Muromachi 2-chome and its construction is scheduled to be completed in December 2013.
