High-Purity Metals and High-Purity Compounds
High-purity metallic arsenic of which we have a large share in the global market is used to make gallium arsenide semiconductors, and is also used as dopants of n-type Si. In addition, compounds of high-purity metallic arsenic and Calcogen (S, Se etc) are used as trans-IR devices and glassy semiconductors.
